There Is

Nothing new under the sun
old, yet new, we evolve as
we keep keep looking for
answers to how we are here

rain with thunderstorms
a few atom jolts sparking
yet no rain

Two great blue nests
four babies maturing
parental lessons
I observe by telescope

It has been hot for awhile
the birds seem hot doing
pant blow
it may not be related

I become a scientist
wondering, googling
my observations

“How have we gone

so wrong?”
