The image of sunset bathing clouds in feathery scarlet is beautiful. I love how you captured a storm.
Doesn't sound like a very pleasant storm to be involved in.
Very concise use of the words that paints a precise picture of the scene. Nicely done.
I particularly liked "...puddles a mirage of wet colors..."
Imagery is as visual as I've read today. Well written, Willow.
