You have said so much in few words. Sometimes it seems like 'frost' is inescapable,but sometimes we CAN think our way free.

Two of my kids have chronic illnesses. This is exactly how I felt upon learning of their diagnoses. And then, with time, the thaw came and spring renewed my hope.But that moment? You nailed it here!
